shifts involve helping us staff the welcome table, getting supplies to workshop leaders, setting up and breaking down chairs, setting up and putting away lunch, etc.

The shifts are:

Saturday:
12-1:30
1:30-3:15
3:15-5:30
5:30-7
7-7:30

and

Sunday
1:30-3:15
3:15-5:30
5:30-7
7-7:30

we could use 1-2 people for each shift, and may only need you for a little while at the beginning of the shift -you could then be the "on call" volunteer while attending a workshop.

Skillshare will be participating in First Night Austin on December 31 by teaching craft workshops as part of an interactive sculpture downtown. We're looking volunteer teachers. You don't have to be an expert, if you know even the very basics of knitting, crochet, or hand sewing, and would be willing do contribute 1-3 hours of your time in the afternoon or evening of December 31, please contact us at info@skillshareaustin.org.
